SCUSD offers mobile food pantry all summer long to entire Sacramento community
Grocery boxes and fresh produce will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fresh food for all will be provided at five locations across Sacramento Monday through Friday through Aug. 12.
The Sacramento City Unified School District says anyone in the community is welcome to partake in the curbside, grab-and-go mobile food pantry.
- Mondays: West Campus 5022 58th Street
- Tuesdays: Father Keith B Kenny 3525 MLK Blvd.
- Wednesdays: AM Winn 3350 Explorer Drive
- Thursdays: Rosa Parks K-8 68th Avenue
- Fridays: Serna Center 5735 47th Avenue
Grocery boxes and fresh produce will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis to Sacramento community members, no SCUSD enrollment is necessary.
The curbside, grab-and-go mobile food pantry is available from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on assigned days.
The food distribution program is in partnership with No Kid Hungry and the Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services.
